Easy Returns & Refunds

At Peaky Paws, your satisfaction — and your pet’s happiness — are our top priorities. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, we aim to make the return and refund process as simple and transparent as possible.


Eligible Returns

Most unopened and unused items, in their original packaging, may be returned within 14 days of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is required.

All returns must be made in-store only.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please return it to us. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened food or treats

  • Products that show signs of use or wear

  • Custom-made or personalized items

These items are not eligible for return or refund.


Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
