Product Overview
Fypryst is a veterinary antiparasitic spot-on solution manufactured by KRKA, d.d., Slovenia, specifically formulated for very large dogs weighing over 40 kg. It is available in two variants: the standard Fypryst (containing only fipronil) and Fypryst Combo (containing fipronil plus the insect growth regulator (S)-methoprene) .

Minimum Recommended Dose: 6.7 mg/kg for fipronil and 6 mg/kg for (S)-methoprene

Onset of Action: Fleas are killed within 24 hours of infestation; ticks within 48 hours

Application Method: Apply to the skin at the base of the neck in front of the shoulder blades
Application Instructions

Remove the pipette from its packaging
-
Hold the pipette upright, twist and pull the cap off
-
Turn the cap around and place the other end back on the pipette
-
Push and twist the cap to break the seal, then remove the cap

Part the dog's coat at the base of the neck until the skin is visible

Place the tip on the skin and squeeze the pipette several times to empty the entire contents directly onto the skin in one spot
Safety Information
Contraindications:

Do not use in puppies under 8 weeks of age or weighing less than 2 kg

Do not use on sick (systemic diseases, fever) or convalescent animals
-
Do not use in rabbits, cats, or ferrets — adverse reactions or even death may occur

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to active substances or excipients
Precautions:

Ensure the product is applied to an area where the animal cannot lick it off

Treated animals should not be handled until the application site is dry; children should not play with treated animals until the site is dry

Dogs should not be allowed to swim in watercourses for 2 days after application
-
Weekly bathing may reduce the duration of flea protection to approximately 5 weeks
