Usage & Safety Guidelines

To ensure safe and long-lasting use, follow these manufacturer guidelines :

• Always use the included safety loop by looping it around your dog's neck, parallel to the collar, and attaching the hook through all three metal rings. This prevents the leash from snapping back if the collar breaks.

• Never grab the moving tape as it can cause injury. Always use the brake button to control your dog.

• Do not use this leash with dogs exceeding the 25 kg weight limit.

• Only use the Flexi while on foot, not with a bike or other vehicle.

• Regularly inspect the tape, snap hook, and casing for any signs of wear, damage, or weakness before each use. Do not use if damaged.

• If the leash gets wet, fully extend the tape, lock it, and let it air dry completely before retracting to prevent rust or damage to the mechanism.
