Usage Guidelines

Operation: To extend the tape, simply let your pet move forward. To stop or lock the length, press the brake button with your thumb. To engage a permanent lock, press the brake button and push the lock lever forward .

Leading the Pet: Lock the brake when you want your pet to walk close by your side .

Retracting: Swing your arm forward while holding the Flexi, press the brake button with your thumb, and pull your arm back toward you. When you let go of the brake button and swing your arm forward again, the lead will automatically retract. Repeat until your pet is at the desired distance .

Safety Belt Installation: For maximum security, the separate safety belt should be looped around your dog's neck (parallel to the collar) and attached to the leash hook alongside the collar clip. This ensures the leash stays attached even if the collar breaks .
